So, we are finalizing preparations for our return trip to Ireland on Friday. We've been planning it for over 6 months, so it is a little surreal to be this close to departing. Carrie has been hard at work planning a great itinerary, and I'm so excited to be there. We both have had so much to finalize before we leave that when we do finally head out to San Francisco tomorrow it will probably take some time to sink in.
My folks are looking forward to some good grandkids time, and we are so thankful that they came out for Heather's graduation, and are staying to overlap most of our trip. Our girls have really been enjoying Nannie and Papa, as well as some awesome cousin-time with Reagan, my niece. We've actually been packed since Sunday, because Carrie had so much to do at work, she needed to feel like something was completed.
I'm going to be journaling again during our trip, and notices should go up on FaceBook when a new entry appears. I'll also send out email notifications for those of our family and friends who are boycotting the Zuck. We'll also be posting pics as we go along. Well, I guess it's time to head to bed for now. This time tomorrow, we'll be in SF for the initial leg of our trip.
