This weekend I decided that I would go to Dublin and Ibiza Spain. I decided that I wanted to see the Keltic Bible, Trinity College, St.Patricks Cathedral, the Guinness Storehouse, an awesome little BBQ spot, the temple bar district, and a bar called the Dame Tavern. The start to the day was rather interesting because I decided to sleep in the Dublin airport. Just outside the arrival gates, I found a bar that was closed and decided to sleep on the floor there. It was the first time that I have ever done anything like this and it was a very interesting experience. I waited for the airlink747 bus to start running and I went to downtown Dublin and Trinity College. There I was able to explore the college and the student library I was able to talk to the admissions officer and I got a tour of the student library it was really cool. Then I was able to tour the old library, see the Keltic Bible, and take some photos on the lawn. After that, I went to St.Patricks Cathedral where I was able to get a tour of the Cathedral with a lovely woman named Margaret. Then, I proceeded to the Guinness Storehouse where I was able to explore the museum and I got to have my first Guinness. The first Guinness I had was an awesome experience and I was also able to participate in the tasting and I learned how to taste the different flavors in the beer. At the top of the storehouse is the Gravity Bar, where I met a bartender named Ian. Ian has only been working at the storehouse for three weeks, he was really nice and when he discovered that I was having my first Guinness he decided that I needed to taste all of the different Guinness bears they make so I tried the two beers in the gravity bar, then I went downstairs with Ian and tried all the other options. After that Ian gave me a recommendation on where to grab a bite and where to go on a true Irish Pub crawl. The Dame Tavern was an awesome little pub in the middle of the Temple Bar district, that was right next to a horse betting parlor so the locals go and bet and sit at the bar. The day was a lot of fun. I then went back to the airport and slept in the same spot until my flight in the morning. When I arrived in Ibiza it was great, I was able to explore the city a little I took the bus to the beach and then I decided that I needed to get back to the airport. I, unfortunately, didn't take many pictures once I got to the beach. After that, I decided that I would come back to the airport and wait for my flight. The day was a lot of fun and when I finally got back to Madrid I was able to get a shower and sleep in a bed.
