Day 54: The footie boys have arrived

Had another chilled day today in Cairns after our late night and early wake up! Started watching Peaky Blinders on Netflix. Headed out for lunch and had an amazing burger at Jimmys burger bar, it was crispy chicken, so good! Walked to the pool on the esplanade to sunbathe as the weather was really nice! Bumped into Lauren and Lois from Gilligans and spent the afternoon in the sun with them. Headed to Woolworths on the way back to the hostel to buy some caramel MandMs. Had a chilled evening at the bar watching the rugby with Cayleigh as South Africa were playing. Gilligans was crazy today, many footballers had checked in for a boozy long weekend! All very annoying and intimidating!!!
