Kennedy Space Centre was our second attraction. This place is amazing you could spend hours and hours here. Got to see shuttle launching pads and the giant building where the spacecraft are housed on the bus tour we took. Have to mention the 500 ft garage door that takes 45 minutes to open. The enormous scale of things is mind blowing. We also got to briefly meet an astronaut. The tour took us to the Apollo Saturn 5 Hangar where we got to see the different Apollo's and the Atlantis Shuttle. Steve also got to sit on a space toilet.
Loved this place, one of the many highlights of this holiday.
