Leaving Auckland and arriving in Vancouver

It seemed strange leaving New Zealand at 20:05 on the 10th July and arriving in Vancouver at 13:55 the same day. Seemed like a time warp??

Air New Zealand have re-vamped the planes. The consoles are now digital with a new addition of how to drive in New Zealand. So pleased Air New Zealand has listened to the fact that overseas visitors need educating on how to drive in NZ.

When we arrived at the Vancouver Airport we were met my a stretch Lincoln Limo to take us to our hotel. Here's a couple of pictures of the car, one thing the inside and the other with the car outside the hotel. Note the cycle track on the opposite side of the road to us.

The pictures over the page show a fountain at the airport, representing the Canadian Indians. Also at the airport, a dining area, and an aquarium with jellyfish. I couldn't leave out Frankies Italian Kitchen and Bar at our Hotel, and a place where we had BBQ Chicken for dinner, with classic stuff on the walls.
