Our trip begins

After months of planning today is the start of our round the world adventure.

Bags packed and ready to go. Hope we haven't forgotten anything ? - passports, tickets, visa's, check.

Our round the world trip will take us to Dubai, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, United States, Canada, and Iceland.

Our journey starts with us taking the train to London and flying from Gatwick airport to Dubai for the first leg of our journey flying with Emirates airline on a A380 double decker plane which takes 615 passangers.

The flight time is six hours fifty minutes and we will travel approximately 3404 miles.

Can't wait to get on board and enjoy the experience as it will be the first time we have been on one of these planes

First though a few drinks on the train, dinner at the airport whilst waiting in departures to catch our flight ar 9.45pm
