We are now on our way to visit historical places in the North. It was sort of a long trip because the distance was 270 miles and the time was 4 hours with 45 minutes. We spent roughly about $50 on gas. After about 4 we are here at a hotel named Washington plaza hotel in Washington, D.C. it cost us $74. After we unpack and eat we head out to the Washington monument. We are now at the Washington Monument it is very tall the height is 555 ft. After we went to Mc Donalds to eat a big mac. The burgers cost us a total of $34. The next place we went to was the National Marine Memorial. We wanted to know some more history about it. There are many memorials with significant history like the US Marine Corps War Memorial, which honors all Marines who gave their life for their country. The monument is located in Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. So today we wasted a total of $159.50. We decided to go to our next destination.
