My diary

We finally arrived at the Alamo and we immediately get off and start to look around. There was this one guy who was there that knew a lot about this place. He explained to us why this place is historical, he said it's where a battle went down between the Mexicans and the Americans. The Mexican force numbering in thousand led by General Antonio Lopez DeSanta Anna. Though vastly outnumbered, the Alamo’s 200 defenders commanded by James Bowie, William Travis, and Davy Crockett held out courageously for 13 days before the Mexican invaders finally overpowered them. So this was the story of the battle of the Alamo and we kept looking around a bit longer. Eventually we left because we were getting hungry and we went to go to a nearby place to eat tacos. We all order 6 tacos each and agua de horchata in total it was $33 and we then went to the bathroom, we are now going go to Oklahoma city, and after driving 7 hours more inn the night we finally arrive there in the early morning we decide to sleep in the car for a few hours till dawn because I am exhausted. Finally it's dawn and we wake up I am still exhausted so Cristobal takes the car to refuel at Walmart which costs $55. We also go to the bathroom and refill a gallon for 25 cents and then we get some coffee and panque for some breakfast which cost $12. So today we wasted $100.25. We then decided to go to our next destination.
