Another day began in Busan. Today, we started our morning with a wonderful breakfast at the hotel. Yum! After eating the first meal of the day, we go straight the bus and head to Taejondae Park. After parking, we walk in a steep part of the mountain. It was cold and hard. Everyone is still adjusting to the climate of South Korea. After walking, we waited for the Danubi train to arrive which would transport us to the Taejondae park itself. The train was amazing. It opens and closes automatically! At first, I thought the park wouldn't be so wonderful. But as we headed to it, it proven me otherwise. The sea is sparkling and ships are passing by. The stairs leading me to the park fueled my excitement. It was unfortunate that Sam isn't feeling well and didn't gone to the park. Finally together with Cess, Chai and Abi, we've reached the park with statues and the sight of a lighthouse surrounded by the turquiose shade of the waters. The sight was memorable and shouldn't been forgotten so I take a picture and it is very worth it. Too bad, I don't have the enough time to go to the lighthouse and see the view up there. We weren't also allowed to go to the rocks for our own safety. I think its a long walk from our position when we were told to go up as we were leaving the area. Arriving to the parking lot, we board our bus and got to our next destination. Some of my classmates already bought banana milk from a convenience store nearby. Our next destination is the Busan Sea Life aquarium which is also near to Haeundae beach, another desitination in the itinerary. But before going straight ahead to our next stops, we took our lunch to OASE. We walk through the fish market to go to the building where the OASE took vicinity. There are large variety of fresh seafooods to choose and buy. Its quite sad that we don't hae the opportunity to wander around their local market. The buffet restaurant offers different cuisines such as Korean, American and Italian. I was overwhelmed by the variety of foods to chose. I tried their pizza which is kind of weird because it has a sweet taste to it. I am lucky enough to grab a slice of pizza! If ask what is my favorite food that I have eaten on the buffet, that would be the cookies! I like how the cookies weren't too sweet. After the buffet, we proceed to the Busan Sea Life and the Haeundae Beach. At first look, it seems that the Busan Sea Life aquarium was small but upon entering the area, its quite large actually. It was an underground aquarium showcasing different underwater creatures. The manta rays were adorable as if they were showcasing their talents when they were recorded by the cameras. There are also penguins in the aquarium. At the souvenir shop, I bought some cute keychains to give to my family. Afterwards, we headed to the beach where we experienced the cool air. It was my first experience to feel the coldness of the temperature while on the beach and from what I experienced, it's refreshing and soothing. For Koreans, it is romantic to walk on the cold beach during this time of the year and I really agree on this! It was already late in the afternoon when we arrived to the train station. The airport in the Philippines was nothing compared to South Korea's train station and to think that it's just a train station I was like "Whoa! Is this really their train station?" When it was time to board the train, we search for our seats. The train is so long and the seats were comfortable maybe that is why we were asleep during the journey. While travelling from Busan to Seoul, we do lots of stuff: eating, sleeping and also a mannequin challenge video. It took us 2 hours+ to reach Seoul. We walked for awhile before we took the bus to take Samgyeopsal for dinner. The lettuce wrap with Samgyeopsal is a perfect combination! I am also starting to like Kimchi. After the dinner, we proceed to Ramada Dongdaemun Encore Hotel where we were staying the rest of the nights to take a rest and sleep.
