Chocolate! Walking through the doors of the exposition was like stepping into a chocolate lovers dream. The chocolate was not just ordinary chocolate. There were sculptures, chocolate fountains, chocolate clothing, and pretty much anything with chocolate imaginable. All the chocolate shops were unique and offered things from small samples to huge bricks of chocolate. I would never in my life have imagined all the different ways of making chocolate that were shown at the exposition. Drinking hot chocolate was one of my favorite moments. Salon du Chocolate

Chocolate! Walking through the doors of the exposition was like stepping into a chocolate lovers dream. The chocolate was not just ordinary chocolate. There were sculptures, chocolate fountains, chocolate clothing, and pretty much anything with chocolate imaginable. All the chocolate shops were unique and offered things from small samples to huge bricks of chocolate. I would never in my life have imagined all the different ways of making chocolate that were shown at the exposition. Drinking hot chocolate was one of my favorite moments. The taste of warm chocolate was strangely satisfying as I walked through all the expositions with the aroma of

chocolate wafting through the air.

One of my favorite things about the salon du chocolate was the different cultures represented through chocolate. Different countries have different ways of making chocolate. The flavor, the texture, and the presentation differed from chocolate stand to chocolate stand. I ended up buying chocolate from a Japanese chocolate stand. There was also a performance of Latino music. I stayed just a little longer to enjoy the music. It was the perfect ending to a chocolate filled day.
