Tims Trip Around Australia

Well today was fun.. started out early, went to Katherine Gorge.
Went for a 2km walk up the gorge and took some photos.
Signs everywhere, no swimming, no boating, watch out for crocs, lol.
Then I went for a quick wander around Kakadu, just more rainforest from what I saw.
Then up into Darwin where I wandered along the waterfront and then meandered around town a little. Not a fan, streets are messed up, have to pay for everything including parking anywhere. Pool on beach wasnt free and no real beach on the waterfront, you had to pay to swim at the lagoon as well. I suspect it would have been

Katherine - Katherine Gorge - Kakadu - Darwin - Katherine Again

I suspect it would have been

expensive to stay so I left, plus it was only 3pm.
So i kept travelling, back to Katherine says the gps, so thats where I am. Back at the same cabin in Katherine I was at last night.
I was going to keep travelling but it was starting to get dark and then I hit a roo.. thats it, stopping in Katherine so I dont have to drive at night AND so I can fix the bumper and the driving light the kangaroo killed..

Fuel
$84

Trip Meter 8622

Accommodation $105 (again)

IN CAMP REPAIRS:
Driving light repaired, bit of plastic welding, should be ok.
Blew a parker globe on drivers side, so I'll have to get one, I dont think I have a spare, will check tomorrow.
As for the bumper, the lower section that cracked last time I hit a hare is now 2 seperate pieces, think I will just put a few holes either side of the break and cable tie it back together for now.
Also, I dont have a number plate protector on the front anymore, there was only 2 small pieces of plastic where it screwed on, the rest is gone, the number plate was pretty bent up as well, lol.
