Today we left Munich at about 730 am this morning and arrived London 810 am. Once at Heathrow we hired a lovely Jaguar and meandered our way to Pagham and the pebbly beach house belonging to the Laws. We made one stop on the way to Loseley House.

What does one do when in the English country side? One has scones, jam, clotted cream and tea in the tea rooms of a 300 year old country manor. Of course, once finished our morning tea we had to wander the beautifully manicured grounds where a serious number of possibly local volunteers weeded, pruned and clipped.

It was then onwards to Pagham to finally catch up with David, Vicky, Zoe, Becky and Matthew. The beautiful afternoon was filled with beach cricket, ice creams, board games and lots of pudding/sweets. If you included a game of golf, it might just have been a perfect day for Heffa.
