On our way from St Ives to Polperro and Looe we drove through the back roads and stopped at the West Cornwall Golf Club to buy dad a golf shirt. The scenery on these roads was beautiful. We took a car ferry across the river at Fowrey which gives easy access between mid and east Cornwall making our drive to Looe nicer. Once across we stopped to have a look at the town of Fowrey which is another civil parish that dates back before 1300 with wonderful views.
