Up again at 5:30 am to start our day – headed down into the crater for an 8 hour safari with a picnic lunch. The crater is very unique as it is surrounded by high hills in a circular fashion with the crater below. It was around 40 degrees at the top of the crater but around 80 degrees at the bottom.
Too many tour land cruisers on too few roads for Christina and I……but we still managed to see quite a few of the animals close by.
