My diary

Family Time:
Having survived the Bali scare we were glad to get back to Hong Kong with Laura. There we met up with Nico and were introduced to their ne home a flat in the impressive Wings development. I will not spend time on this blog expanding on our time here as put simply it was family time with Laura and Nico, suffice to say we have a great time with the ‘Ballers’ and they looked after us well.
With a further two weeks spent in Hong Kong we said our goodbyes and set off home to be with our family and friends in England. It is always very comforting to fly in over England and see those small fields and hedgerows that can hardly be seen anywhere else in the world.
It is always special coming home and this was no different especially as it had been the longest time we had spent away from England in our lives.
Out of respect to this travel blog I am not going to spend any time detailing anything that we done in England as it doesn’t seem appropriate. This is a personal journal of our travels and so it has taken a natural break whilst we were at home.
What I would like to say was it was very special catching up with and spending time with our family and friends whilst at home. It was noticeable that you think time spent at holiday locations goes quickly until you ‘pop’ back home to see everyone and then the time really seems to fly!

So in what appeared to be no time at all we were back at Gatwick and off on the next leg of our travels.
P.S. If anyone actually reads this far and notices that there are no pictures of my time in Hong Kong and back home - well how could I include a photo of any one and not of all our friends and family.
