So now we are in Louisiana and where we are staying in is called Batonrouge, and on the way to Batonrouge we went to a place called Gator country. Thats where they have heaps of gators and the biggest gator was a massive 13.8 foot gator and he was 86!!! and they recon he will be the 9th gator to turn 1oo in captivity!! the gator name was Big Al how cool is that. Big Al was one of the first one there and his ex'wife and her name was big Ally and she was found at the park. Before the gator park was built it was a gator farm but one day the man who owed it abandoned the gator farm and left 10060, and who made the park only found 2 and they where Big Al and ex'wife Big Ally.
On the way we saw a old plantation house and after that we went on a boat for a swamp tour and we saw gators in the wild, raccoons and snakes on he feed them marshmallows. Then we finally made it to New Orleans. On the the second day we looked at the french Quarter and the 365 day market and I got a wallet. Today we did a boat ride on the Nacthez and it is one of the last steam powered paddle boat. I saw the engine room and the paddle wheel. After that we saw a Insectarium and we looked at a very famous street called Bourbon street and it's full of night clubs and bars it was busy and I saw Mikee,Ralph, Leonardo and Don the teenage turtles.
