Dear all,
I've always said I'd like to go to Africa one day to see the stars that line the sky, because you can see so much more due to the fact that dark still means dark in Africa. But Sunday night, we went outside, and I believe the sight we got to see got close. We could see 10 times as many stars as we could at home, we could see the Milky Way and everything! It was awesome.
We went to Sea World Monday! We had to take the bus ourselves to get there and we made it without getting lost! Australian buses don't have any signs that say where you're going, so it was quite a challenge, but I asked the bus driver where we had to get off, and fortunately it all worked out. We got a SuperPass, which allows us unlimited access into Sea World, Movie World and Wet'n'Wild for 28 days and we're planning on visiting Movie World somewhere next week. We saw an incredible dolphin show, a funny sea lion show and we saw the feeding of penguins and a cool jet ski show. Of course we went into a couple of rides and we got our fair share of water sprayed over us. We took the bus home, again without getting lost and took a donut from the shop that we had for dessert. It was delicious :)
Tuesday, we went with Renee to her school, King's Christian College. We didn't necessarily need to wear uniforms, but we wanted to and it actually looked kinda cool. People really thought we belonged there, at one point I even had some lady ask me if "some teacher knew about my shoes" 'cause I wasn't wearing the shoes that should go with the uniform. We went to an English class; to a Legal Studies class; to a Biology class; to Assembly; to a Spare class, which can be compared with our C-hours; and to a Maths class. It was fun and interesting to watch how school works here in Australia and it actually wasn't as strict as I thought it would be. Renee also followed a class at Bond University for a semester and she recently finished this class. She had an award ceremony Tuesday Night at which she received a certificate and we joined her. They had free drinks and food, it's safe to say we liked it ;)
As I'm writing this, it's Wednesday and Emma and I have just been to the cinema. We watched Cinderella, it's a great movie! It's funny how everything seems the same, but so different at the same time. We even saw a Andre Rieu ad, it got us excited, which is strange, seeing as I don't even like Andre Rieu. We're at home now and we haven't planned anything else for the day. We'll probably just watch a movie.

Oh and the fireplace is burning, which may sound ridiculous (it's 22 degrees), but it's actually quite nice. I have a soft spot for fireplaces though, I love their sound and I just love watching fire (I'm not a pyromaniac, promise), so I might be a bit prejudiced.
Alrighty, have a great day all of you! :)
