As I'm writing this, I'm sitting at some random gate somewhere in the airport of Seoul, waiting for the time to hurry up so I can just get on the plane already. I just had the single most spicy burger I've ever had, my mouth is still on fire; it hurt so bad. But I'm okay now, don't worry, I drank about 1 L of water just to alleviate the burn in my throat.
To fill in my time, I decided to write my blog, as you might've noticed, so here it is:
Yesterday, Friday, was a really busy, but good day. We started the day with a little bit of working and in the afternoon, we went to Wet'n'Wild, a waterpark. We didn't have a lot of time, since the park closed at 3:30, but we had fun anyway. We went on some slides, some easy, some scary and some just plain fun. When we got home after Laura and Renee picked us up, we took a quick shower, finished packing and then it was time for Renee's musical. She was in the chorus of the school musical "Beauty and the Beast." It was amazing! When the girl playing Belle started singing, my first thought was: "Oh, she's not singing live, she's lip syncing," but she actually wasn't, she was just that good! Everyone played their role very well, it was really funny and I think it looked just like any other musical in the theater would look like. And of course, Renee was great as well :)
Then Saturday, Today, we had to get up at 3:45 am because we had to be at the airport by 5:25 and the drive to Brisbane was about an hour long. We got our boarding passes, went through security and then we boarded our plane to Seoul! I watched 3 movies, because I couldn't sleep at all. I might've gotten a bit teary-eyed while watching 'Still Alice," but let's blame it on me not getting enough sleep. And by the way, it's a really good movie, you should go see it! And that brings me back to the here and now, us sitting here in Seoul, just waiting. By the way, I don't have any photos of Wet'n'Wild or the musical, Emma has them and maybe she'll send them to me sometime, but not today, because we're tired.
Alrighty, have a great day all of you!
