We are now leaving Oklahoma City and we are headed to Memphis, Tennessee the drive will be 6 hours with 44 minutes, and the distance from Oklahoma City to Memphis, Tennessee is 466 miles. The amount of money we have to spent on gas for this whole trip is $70. We have decided to stay the night in the car because we are going through the money quick and we still have lots of days left. Finally after that long ride we are here at the National Civil Rights Museum. The Civil Rights Museum was huge and it had exhibits that traced back to the 17th century and present. While we were here two exhibits that caught mine and Jessica's attention off the bat are The passage to freedom, and The Year They Walked. The first exhibit was about how slaves tried to escape in underground railroads to Canada. The second exhibit was how Rosa parks was tired of sitting in the back of the bus because she was black so she sat in the front and didn't get out of her seat. There were plenty of other exhibits that were very interesting but these we found very interesting. We also went to the king of rock and rolls house Elvis Presley his house is so big

There were plenty of other exhibits that were very interesting but these we found very interesting. We also went to the king of rock and rolls house Elvis Presley his house is so big
and looks so extravagant and it is also known as Graceland. We made sure to take plenty of photos of Elvis's Presley's house, and the entrance fee was $38.75 our tour guide let us know when he was born and when he died. He was born in January 8, 1935 and died in August 16, 1977. He only had one kid, and it was a girl. It was lots of fun to visit the house that the king of rock and roll owned.
