Chapter 5 Oklahoma city

Jessica and Carlos have finally packed everything and are heading to the next location in Oklahoma city. It was such a good time in San Antonio, lots to do their. We are sure their will be just as much interesting things to do in Oklahoma as well. We head to a restaurant and eat since all the food we packed has finished. After we ate some biscuits, pork, and gravy we fill up the car and when we reached our destination in Okc we have spent around $70.35 on gas. The trip was 466.9 miles away and about a 7 hour and 32 minutes drive. Once we get their we stay in the AmericInn Hotel & suites Oklahoma City Airport, which was a $59 for the night. We unpack everything

and head to Oklahoma City Memorial, what we read online it said that 168 people died and more than 500 were injured. What we heard around the memorial is that their was a truck packed with explosives in it and was detonated on April 19,1995, and it was outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal building. The blast was set off by anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh, who in 2001 was killed for his crimes. His co-conspirator Terry Nichols was sentenced to life in prison. Until September 11, 2001, the Oklahoma City bombing was the worst terrorist attack to take place in The U.S..
