Chapter four- Turtle snorkelling tour

July 04, 2017

I woke up to another beautiful morning and had the buffet breakfast. After breakfast, I went up to my apartment and readied my snorkeling gear for the Turtle Snorkeling tour. I drove to 888 Mililani Street PH 2, Honolulu, HI 96813, the United States. I left the hotel 9:30 AM. The administration fee was $92.53. The staff was very kind and welcoming and gave me directions on how to prepare myself to approach the turtles.

The weather was perfect for this day; sunny and warm. I swam with turtles for the first time and learned interesting facts about them and their habitats. The experience was truly magical, entertaining and breath taking.

I swam with the Turtles until lunch and went for lunch at the beach. After spending some time at the beach I left to the hotel pool to just relax and socialize with my new friends in Hawaii!

To end the day, I had an appetizing meal at the hotel. I had traditional Poi. Poi is generally a thick paste made from taro root that is either steamed or baked and pounded. It's added to a mixture to make it have a very stick, pudding consistency. That dish was followed by the famous smokey flavored Kalua Pig dish.

Feeling exhausted from the day's excitement I went straight to bed.
