Today I spent the morning with mummy, grandad and Geoff, then after lunch granny came to pick me up. We packed all my stuff in her funny little car, said goodbye to mummy, grandad, Geoff and the dogs, then drove off.
Granny started telling me the story of the Billy Goats Gruff, but I didn't let her finish. Instead, I told her lots of stories, and we played a game where I pretended to phone her. Sometimes I was Scarlett, but other times I was Eli, Lacey or Bella, or their mummies, and granny played all those characters too. We got a bit confused about who was talking to who! We had lots of calls about birthday parties. I phoned Eli and told him about how I got everything ready for my party – a rainbow cake, balloons, pass the parcel, jelly, games – but no-one came, they all went to the markets with their mummies and their mummies forgot to take them to my party!
When we got to London I was very happy to see Nana Maureen and Poppa. I ate a whole avocado while I was waiting for my tea to be ready (I did let granny have one spoonful, but only a small one). I played with my new frisbee and my ball in the garden with granny, then after dinner we played some more in the lounge room, and I didn't go to bed till 9pm!
