On the first day, we immediately started our voyage through London. We began with a visit to St. James Park, where we had a very enjoyable walk. from there, we went to Buckingham Palace and took a small break to refresh and chat, being the first day, we were all still getting to know new people. Then we walked to the Palace of Westminster, where we saw the Great Clock of

Westminster, the famous Big Ben. After admiring
this tower, we crossed the river and went into the London Eye where we had an amazing experience - watching London from above. Fastfowerd to dinner, we ate Fish and Chips (typical English dinner) at what we belive to be a PUB, the fish was quite good and very big, but there were some people who felt unwell afterwards but we belive that was more due to the desert then the meal it self.

We started our second day by taking the tube to the King's Cross Station to the well known Harry Potter 9 3/4platform. Here we visited a nice Harry Patter themed shop and spent some money buying gifts for our families.

Following that, we went to Camden Town, a local market, where we visited lots of very interesting shops and viewed a big diversity of foods and small food places, where we had lunch. The next scheduled appointment was visiting Madame Tussaud's Museum. Once we arrived, we where marveled with all the wax sculptures of known celebrities and took lots of interesting pictures with them. Then we went to the beautiful Covent

Garden and saw a street show and one of our colleagues even assisted the street performer - it was a lot of fun. Afterwards we had a pizza dinner, which was not that good compared to what we are used to here in Portugal. Then came everyone's favorite part - the musical - Mama Mia: we all really loved it and it was very entertaining.

The Museums day, as we call it! On this day we went to the Natural History Museum - it was quite interesting and informing, we even tried an earthquake simulation. After this experience we had probably the experience that most struck with us in the negative way: we went to a real italian restaurant and

we all orded the carbonara and most of us didn't enjoy it one bit, it was very strong , heavy and salty and most did not finish it, and once again felt unwell. Following this, we visited the Science Museum, which did not have much to show, we thought. Then we saw the 3 most luxurious streets in London (Oxford Street, Regent Street and Carnaby Street) streets that were filled with expensive stores. We had dinner at a Hotel - it

was ok, nothing especial. Then we went to the well known Leicester Square to go to the following shops: M&M , Hard Rock cafe and Lego.

The last day! On this day we went to the Financial district of the Square Mile, we saw and walked on the Tower Bridge, afterwards we had to literally sprint to make our meeting point on time. After this our feet were hurting so much we could barely walk. Our next appointment was the Tate Museum, we were not particularly fond of it, we did not find it very interesting seeing that most of the art we would not consider art at all, more like something a child could do. Afterwards we had a lovely lunch at the famous fast food place - Five Guys, we all really liked it.

This was the end of our visit, we went back to the hotel and left for the airport, all of us with a big smile on our faces.
