London
day 1 - 22nd April 2025
On the first day we visited Buckingham Palace, the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and walked through St James’s Park and Trafalgar Square. It was a unique experience to see these monuments and walk through the streets of London, taking it all in. We had a lot of fun, took lots of pictures, saw nature and
animals and finally, got some souvenirs and great memories. In all of these places we really got to see the huge amount of people and tourists from all around the world that visit London just like we were doing. Here we completely understood that London is much more than a city and its dimension and diversity make it a “whole world”.
The place we liked the most was the London Eye because we saw the entire city of London from high above getting another perspective of the dimension and beauty of it.
For dinner we had a typical English dish, which was fish and chips. We were all surprised in a good way because we thought we wouldn’t like it and ended up really enjoying it.
day 2 - 23rd April 2025
On this day we went to King’s Cross Station, Camden Town, Madame Tussaud’s and Covent Garden market. This was the best day, and the thing that we liked the most was Madame Tussaud’s museum because it looked like the celebrities were actually there and it was by far the museum with the most interactive and fun activities.
At dinner we went to a pizza place right next to
the theatre where we had the most amazing time! The Mamma Mia Musical was so beautiful and so much fun. We laughed, sang and danced during and after the Musical, even though we weren’t allowed to and there was a man watching our every move. The walk home included singing in the streets and dancing joyfully.
At last, when we got back to the hotel, we had a surprise party for one of us which included running around in the supermarket and getting cupcakes and a birthday card.
day 3 -24th April 2025
On this day, we went to the Natural History Museum and to the Science Museum, where we learnt a lot and also had fun and got to see different things. We even got to experience a live performance of a man singing opera in Covent Garden market and it was truly beautiful, we loved it.
In the afternoon, we went shopping and we bought lots of things. For dinner we had fried chicken and fries and ice cream: it was delicious.
At night we went shopping, once again, to the M&M’s store and to the Hard Rock Café. When we got to the hotel, we packed our bags because the flight was the next day and we had to have everything ready.
day 4 - 25th April 2025
On the last day (unfortunately), after we did the check out, we went to Canary Wharf to see the Financial District and then to the Tate Modern museum, where we saw different things and several perspectives and types of art. We had a really fun time with the very original “Giant Egg Hunt” which our teacher took pictures of. After that, we walked to the subway and went to the hotel to pick
up our bags and catch the bus. We had dinner at the airport and flew back to Portugal which ment the end of our amazing trip.
