We stayed at Kurumba which was a tiny town on the gulf, my Dad really wanted to go there as his family was going to move there when he was younger. In a really nice surprise Dad bumped into Pa's best mate Roger at the pub. He was on holidays too. There wasn’t much to see but they did have nice ice creams. We did a tour of the barumundi centre.
My mum did think they had nice sunsets & Mitchell liked the Brolgas, we saw a lot of Brolgas around our campsite. There were also a lot of wallaroo’s, kangaroos & rock wallabies in Karumba.
