FINALLY, I got my passport today! One step closer to going to America. It's only 60 days now. Hopefully, I'll get my ESTA soon as well. It's the visa you need, if you are travelling in the USA. I also reserved the plane seats. Its easy, you can just select where you want to sit in the plane. I'm sitting next to the window. (yeaassss) All these things make me even more nervous about it ;)
I'll show my flight 'plan' here: Departure, Amsterdam on the 22th of July. The plane will leave at 10:20. Then I'll stop in Dallas, USA. arrival at 14:10. This will be the longest part of the journey, since it takes 10 hours and 50 minutes. In Dallas, I'll leave at 17:00 and 2 hours and 41 minutes later I will reach my final destination, Salt Lake City, Utah. Unfortunately, I cannot stay forever. So I'm leaving on the 4th of August. Departure, SLC, 13:40. Arrival Phoenix, 14:19. This is a short flight, it's only 1h and 39 minutes. Departure at 19:40, arrival in London 13:35. And then the last bit, London, 16:10 - 18:30 Amsterdam I have about 5 weeks school left, and then my summer holiday will start. Not for Alexis though, she has her last day tomorrow. (I must say that I am a little jealous ;)
But this does mean that we have more 'chances' to facetime! Normally it is always a bit of a puzzle, since the 8 hours difference.
