We got up with the chickens and finished packing and cleaning up the digs and the driver showed up at 9:00am sharp. We took a different route and a ferry ride across the bay. It took about a half hour off the trip. The border crossing only took 20 minutes and of course, since we had prepared for the worst, we got to the airport in Dubrovnik about three hours plus before the flight, so we waited. Boarded the plane went to Munich and had a five hour layover then a one hour flight to Budapest. Got to our hotel room at 12:30 am..hit the hay. Boring, tiring day.

The orange floats are used for mussel and oyster growing. They suspend a lattice work beneath the floats that the bivalves grow on. There are thousand of the floats all over the bay.
