All A Board!

Here we go! I would have to say I am a bit nervous but not as much as I expected. Excited is more like it.

We took our first Uber ride to Pier 91. (Now that was an experience in itself).

As the Uber pulled up to the Pier we both were in aw. We had never seen a cruise ship up close before. It was huge! My first thought...How does it stay afloat? I didn't want to think about it. I had to just trust that it would.

The lines were surprisingly fast moving. We were told how they could be slow and long and we were prepared to be standing for a long time. We checked in, handed over our luggage and made our way to the ship.
