Waking up and seeing the views from our balcony was breath taking.

We had plans for three excursions in Juneau. A walking tour of Mendenhall Glacier, a Salmon bake and a Tram ride up Mt. Roberts.

We took a bus through the town of Juneau to the Glacier. There we walked several trails with one leading us to a picture perfect view of the glacier. It was amazing! Along its side was a massive waterfall.

In the evening we went to an authentic Alaskan Salmon Bake. There we had grilled salmon (Chris had chicken), and all the fixings. Even sat around a campfire and made smores! Before the day was over we enjoyed a cup of coffee and tea in town and took a ride up Mount Roberts Tramway. The view was spectacular! Could see for miles.
