After talking to friends, Facebook groups and countless hours on the internet researching every aspect of cruises we decided on our trip.

We chose to go on the cruise before we go to the Special Olympics.

We chose a balcony room - mid ship (to help ease any seasickness that might occur). Everyone recommended the balcony. The sites of Alaska are too beautiful not to see out your window everyday. Our cabin (like all cabins) is small but has a lot to offer. We will be on the Caribe deck in cabin C509.

The cruise is all set at this point but airlines haven't opened their flight schedules yet. We will need to wait a couple weeks to book the flights.
