Ships log day 99

Indian Ocean, 13.04.2017

All at sea very hot and sunny travelled 26,100 miles. Yesterday our tender took us to Male the capital of The Maldives, where we took a speed boat to one of the hundreds of small tropical islands all about the size of Cranham and all with lush green jungle surrounded by white powdery white sand. We spent the day on the beach under a coconut tree sipping Jack Daniels, swimming, snorkeling and feeding the beautiful tropical fish on the lovely pink coral and listening to the parrots, what's not to like. This place is eye wateringly expensive a small cup of coffee 7 dollars. The dollar is the currency of every place we have visited so far. Today we have another invite for dinner with the Captain and a Queen tribute band tonight.
