Ships log day 64

We are now at Komodo Island Land of the big Lizard and a leisurely day on board. A group of about 10 small canoes came up to the ship with the local native boys average age about 10, all calling out to people on the ship for food and money, could have been the same scene when the first explorers called here. About 50 of the passengers started throwing them food from the buffet and empty bottles with money in them. The children became very excited by this, all shouting and diving in to collect their spoils, quite heart warming. I doubt that the captain would be happy seeing his stock going overboard.
