Rubin's European Adventure

On one Sunday we took a train trip to the capital of Belgium, Brussels, which is also one of the most important cities in the EU (European Union). When we got to Brussels, we found our friends Bea and Lieven. First off we went to the Palace of Justice, which was constantly being held up by a lot of scaffolding which was at least twenty years old, so even builders couldn't safely climb it to do repairs. After that, we went to the Music Museum, (MIM). There was lots of levels with many historical instruments and how they evolved to how they are today.

After that, we walked to the world famous Manneken Pis, he is a lot smaller than you think, they even make costumes for him when there is a special event.

That night we went to an art nouveau brassiere in which the Flemish surrealist artists used to dine and play chess! I ate some really yummy and traditional meatballs and frites.
