Our first day in Vegas consists of exploring the little city that is our hotel, the Venetian, lying beside the pool, regaling Jared & Coral who are staying at the Bellagio with tales of my heroic driving, and drinking giant frozen margarita slushies while walking the bright lights of the Strip. Losing $100 in 15 minutes on the blackjack tables confirms that I am a lousy gambler.
