Yoga Niketan & moving on

We all enjoyed the evening practices followed by the usual dinner, but we were all very tired after the beeping cars. So time for bed, up at 4.30! Next morning our group were first in the Meditation Hall and really enjoying the party vibe that young, but very spiritual, Sandeep had created with his flashing fairy lights and Bhangra beat Gayatri Mantra. Fantastic practice, then breakfast and packing to leave for the Ganga Kinare Boutique Hotel. Although the stay at the Ashram had been short it was suitably austere, cold showers and hard beds, but what an experience. From a monkey photo bombing Loretta’s lovely video of the Ganges at night, to relaxing in the sunny gardens.
