Our flight to Doha went very quick. We passed the late meal and got some sleep straight away. Robyn bought 2 new wrap around neck pillows and we both got 4 to 5 hours sleep each. We're travelling Qatar on an Airbus A 380, which is a very comfortable ride. We arrive in to Doha to 31 degrees heat at 4.30am local time. We don't experience that heat as its and airconditioned air bridge into the airconditioned airport.
The art in Doha airport is amazing with its giant teddy bear and the large display screen showing a digital art work of peoples of the world walking into and out of a desert heat mirage. We get through the international transfers quickly and find our departure gate, C93 which wasn't the long walk it sounded. We found a little Illy coffee stall, ordered 2 coffees then sat to catch up on directions to find and access the AirBnB in Toulouse. On paying for our coffee, it becomes clear the 3 Riyal I found at home isn't going to get me much.
Next stop Toulouse....
