From August 17th-September 3rd, I went on a road trip to 8 countries with the Iachim Family!

Andrei, Paul, Cristi, and I departed from Paris with a car full of luggage, snacks, and miscallaneous items such as a kitchen sink and carpet squares! We first stopped at the Kwarciak's home in Alsace, France. They live in a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the hills and mountains in that area. The tomatoes from their garden were the best I've ever had!

After driving into the evening, we finally made it to Germany where we stayed overnight with Andrei's cousins near Nuremberg. We slept very well after a full day of driving, a good Moldovan meal, and a couple whiskey and cokes :)

Our next stop was in Budapest, Hungary! What a magnificent city at night! And we arrived literally just in time for a majestic firework show overlooking the river and the breathtakingly-gorgeous castles!
