A week ago this evening, I was at home putting the last items into my bag, making sure my apartment was spotless and getting ready for my train journey.
One week later, I am lying in my cosy bed, which now has two duvets instead of one, and a hot water bottle from the Farmacia. I am wearing my new bracelets from the market in Colbató, and I have just had a festive meal to celebrate Clara's birthday with my November crew.
So, have I settled into a writing nook yet?
The Green Room
When I was given a tour of the house, including the workspaces, the green room picked me.
I was drawn to the fresh walls and the classic cabinet filled with books.
Once I settled in, it turned out to be a transit room; people passing by on their way to and from other spaces in the

When I was given a tour of the house, including the workspaces, the green room picked me.
I was drawn to the fresh walls and the classic cabinet filled with books.
Once I settled in, it turned out to be a transit room; people passing by on their way to and from other spaces in the
house. I don't mind; it creates a dynamic and plenty of people to chat with.
Passers-by started taking pictures of me at my desk as I apparently merge into the space so nicely.
I have added some fresh flowers from the garden to honour its name, and Piña, the cat, visits me frequently.
Big bonus? It's near the kitchen :)
