In the Philippines Manila very hot and sunny travelled 20,500 miles. Manila the most densely populated city on Earth. The Japanese slaughtered and beheaded 100,000 2nd world war prisoners in the last 2 days of the war in Manila in retaliation for Hiroshima they also flattened the whole of Manila Our full day tour took us to a volcano in a volcano in a lake, a beautiful sight. Manila capital of the Philippines and oh dear, so much poverty very upsetting to see. We are now completely acclimatised to the weather which has ranged from 28 to 35 degrees from the time we left the Azores and at no time feel uncomfortable in it.
