On our first Saturday we headed to Alexander Platz to take the tour that will take us to Potsdam. It was the first time going a little bit far from Berlin, we also took the train and it was my first time getting on one. When we arrived to Potsdam we walked through the whole city, everything was beautiful and colorful. On our break from the tour, my roomies and I went to buy some macarons at a local shop. We didn't do shopping or buy souvenirs it was more of appreciating the landscape. At the end we visited the Sanssouci palace and it was just so beautiful, the garden was enormous. One thing that was curious was the grave of the prince it was small compare to others, small and simple but had potatoes on top of it. When we came back to Berlin we all went to Berlin mall to do some souvenir shopping. I finally bought my hoodie that says "I Love Berlin".
