The village of Olargues is one of the most beautiful villages in the country. I visited an old medieval castle nearby, transformed into a bell tower. On the roof of this bell tower, i made the most of the panoramic view.
The Cathar city of Minerve is the historic capital of the Minervois. I visited its barbican, its medieval church and its bridge-viaduct.
