I researched a lot on what you have to experience in Rome before travelling there. I was impressed and very satisfied with some how much I got to see.

First of all, my favourite place to see what the Trevi Fountain. I had before this, only ever seen it in many movies so it was exciting to actually experience it in person.

There were people from all over the world who had come to see it. Tradition or "legend" says that if you throw a coin into the Trevi, with your back to the fountain, throwing the coin with your right hand over your left should - that will ensure a return to Rome. I sure hope so!

I have to admit, I visited the Trevi almost every day!

I researched a lot on what you have to experience in Rome before travelling there. I was impressed and very satisfied with some how much I got to see.

First of all, my favourite place to see what the Trevi Fountain. I had before this, only ever seen it in many movies so it was exciting to actually experience it in person.

I have to admit, I visited the Trevi almost every day!

Vatican City was definitely a must see also! I'm lucky I went during an "off" tourist time, because I only had to wait to get inside for about an hour. If you go during the summer, you have to prepare to wait for a long time... but I think it is worth it.

Just the outside is beautiful, with amazing architecture! While inside awaits lots of history and museums.
