Camino Francés 2022
A tough painful day with excruciating knee and neck pain. A very hot dry day with hardly any breeze, a lot of the route was alongside the highway with the heat reflecting off the road. Enjoyed a break in Belorado before pushing the last 12km to Villafranca Monte de Oca where we took the bus to Burgos to tend to our knees and give them a break. Also to avoid the accommodation issues on this section
