Caitlyn made me a nice breakfast this morning - waffles with whipped cream on top, sided with fresh blueberries. Colton had long since gone to work on the Marine Base, so it was just Caitlyn and me for the day. We decided to head to the convenience store on the base first thing, picking up some things Caitlyn needed - dental floss and sunscreen. We decided to chill at her house most of the morning, but after eating a lunch of roasted sweet potatoes and chicken salad, around 2:00PM we headed out to visit the National Gallery of Art - part of the National Mall. We were done touring part of it at 6:00PM and headed back to the house, where Colton was waiting with some hamburgers for grilling. We had an enjoyable evening cooking out and playing Kan Jam in the yard.
