We stayed at a “campground “ in Packwood WA. It was scary even though we had our own rv. I got lost trying to find the entrance to the rv Park. I was driving by the way. Terry was asleep in the back and Bella was my co-pilot! I passed a sign that said private property. I was pulling a trailer for the first time so my options were limited! There was a turnabout on this property so I drove ahead. I look in my rear view mirror and there is a “man” in a beat up old truck with his pit bull. I stop and he asked me why I was on private property. He can obviously see I have an rv and trailer. I told him I was trying to get to the rv Park that I could see but not find a road to it. He said oh that is behind the library and walks away! I had no idea where the library was. So I start to look for the library...finally find it. I find the RVPark office....go inside really scary...talking to this older woman AND in walks the guy that told me I was on private property!

Packwood has a hotel that President Roosevelt stayed in.....Hence the wooden statue I was standing by in one of these pics.
Mt Rainer was absolutely beautiful. We took a day trip to Seattle to the top of the needle.
