Dust Bowl Journal
Dad was plowing the wheat fields all day long. I helped my mom cook, and do the laundry, while listening to our favorite singer, Woody Guthrie. Lately my dad has been coming home distraught, because the rain has not come in a long time. Hopefully the rain will come soon.
