June, The end of The trip in Perth and Margareth River

When the month of June started, we was in the little city of Laverton. This is a town between Alice Springs and Perth at 15 hours of Perth. Because there was nothing to do between Laverton and Perth we decided to drive without stop. The road lasted 2 days, we were very tired...
After we had rested, we went down to the South of Perth next to Bunbury to search many spots of surf. We stayed in the south during

5 days and we founded 3 very good spots. The second day we were surfing in a beautiful left, suddenly the locals surfers started to leave quickly. There was a shark alert!! We was very scared, so we went out of the water rapidly. The fourth day, we met a local surfer named Jones Libert. He was a very cool man and he invited us to eat with him and his friends. We did a big BBQ at the edge of the ocean. That was so cool!!

After this very good week we had an idea, we decided to go in the center of Perth to see Owen. This is a very good friend who met the first time we went in Perth, in July. Owen was very happy to see us and he offered to stay in his house for one week. So, the first three days we visited another time all the monuments and the parks which we had liked well the first time that we came like the King' s Park, this is a beautiful park with many little animals and vegetation, and this Bell Tower, a big glass tower where you have a beautiful view of Perth at the top. We also did Jet Ski. It was a verry good sensation. But we also stayed at the house because we was tired.

After that, we had no much money, so we decided to work in a restaurant during one week. The second day, I was serving the dishes with my tray when suddenly I slid and I fall out on the ground with the dishes. I was very embarrassed because everybody laughed. We won 900 $ because we work together.

Then, we decided to past Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the last week in Margareth River and keep the 3 lasts days to take the airplane ticket, prepare the suitcases and sell the van. The first and the second day in Margareth River we surfed, because the condition was great ! There was 1 m 50 with offshore wind, that was perfect. The third day, we visited the Lake Cave, this is a natural lake with limestone crystal formations. And the fourth day we went to the Voyager Estate. We visited this winerie and we tasted very good wine. During the 3 lasts days we sold the van 1900 $, we found an airplane ticket from Perth to Paris at 800 $ and we said goodbye to Owen.

The month of June is the end of this beautiful trip in Australia, maybe the best of our life. We did many activities, we saw many beautiful landscapes and we met many good persons. We hope we will comeback soon in Australia ! Goodbye !
