Leave Her Alone for One Week

Las Palmas, 08/11/2017

Leave her alone and here's what I get!

Reorganized pantries, pictures of my name and nickname on storefronts and goofy pictures of her beautiful face.

What I didn't expect to find when I came back (to an empty apartment) were so many beautiful notes, hand made card and a daily thoughts book. Tears galore, of course, but the thoughts and sentiments hit me to my core.

I guess this is the first real vacation Barb and I have had with her an adult. It was the most fun we've had together. I blubber every time I think about it. The good side is we have time to have more memories like this.
