When we were in Amarillo it was wet and dark. We saw the Big Texan Steakhouse and a VW Ranch like the Cadillac Ranch.
We went shopping in the afternoon when we got there.
Our second day we saw old cars at the hotel next to ours. We went to the Quarter Horse Museum and we found the VW Ranch. It was very wet when we saw it.
We had lunch at the Big Texan Steakhouse, it was yum. We looked through their gift shop and had a go at their shooting range. I got a car in the gift shop.
We went for a drive along the section of Old Route 66 and got caught in a storm. We drove back to our hotel and played Monopoly.
