We arrived in Nice and checked into a Hostel in central Nice. We spent a week exploring the city and making a day trip to Monte Carlo. We went on pub crawl on the saturday night which lasted til the second bar where I found Emily passed out in the female toilets after having thrown up. I had to carry her all the way home on my front which took over half an hour.

We left Nice and travelled south to our next helpX family in Saint Raphael. Here we were given our own granny flat right next to the pool. The family was an old French couple with a 25 year old daughter. Our jobs were painting and household chores for 3 hours a day, in exchange for free food and accommodation. The food they served was incredible! All dishes were local French dishes and the best food Ive ever had. From here we made a few day trips to Cannes, Saint-Tropez and other beautiful cities.
